The latest phase of our project to build a modern ED/ICU in Hinche has us partnering with Medical Care For Children (www.medicalcareforchildren.org) and Ratcliff Architecture (www.ratcliffarch.com).  We are in the final stages of design for the new building and are awaiting approval from the Minister of Health.  Check out www.rocksolidhaiti.com for more information

In late April, Dr. Spurlock went to Haiti with representatives from our new building partners, Ratcliff Architecture Firm and Mazetti Engineering Firm.  We have been working with them on designs for the ER/ICU at Ste. Therese Hospital in Hinche, Haiti.  The purpose of the trip was to view the site, meet with the deputy minister of health and finalize the architectural designs.

The EPI team was in Hinche in late March and met with the minister of health to discuss plans for the new ED/ICU at St. Therese hospital.  The current plan is to break ground in the fall.
